Civil War CDV of a Naval Officer photographed in a sitting position. The officer is quite portly, with a long beard and a receding hairline. One of his arms is propped up on a nearby table. The backmark reads, "Augustus Morand, 297 Fulton St.. Cor. Johnson. Brooklyn." Corners are rounded. Mild toning. Nice photograph.
