Additional Information: The chair is fitted with rolling casters. One arm features a hinged, adjustable writing platform integrated into the design. Provenance: Gannett Co., Inc., Rochester, New York. Reference: Wendell Castle, A Catalogue Raisonne 1958-2012, Emily Evans Eerdmans, p.129. Commissioned or acquired for the consignor’s 87m (285 ft) megayacht, this lot originally furnished the vessel’s interior. The last photo presents in situ views of select interiors.
