Chippendale Mahogany Blockfront Chest of Drawers, Probably Boston, c. 1760, the rectangular top with block front over four conforming graduated drawers raised on ball and claw feet. According to the consignor, the chest was purchased from Israel Sack in the 1990's for $95,000. There is no paperwork accompanying the lot.

Measurements: Height: 33 in. x Width: 36 1/2 in. x Depth: 21 in.

Overall good condition, old marks, scratches and stains, some minor paint splatter, brasses replaced, wear to edges, back right molding above foot with small chip, some small gouges to lower molding.
