Description
DSP. Maker marked Veribrite Signs, Chicago. Exceptionally rare and highly sought-after, the Holy Grail of Gasoline advertising. Muskegon Oil Company, Muskegon, Michigan C. 1920s. CONDITION: Side one shows exceptional color and gloss throughout with a clean Native American graphic. The graphic shows touch-up only at the lower portion of the arm as well as at the lower portion of the chest, with face and headdress in all original condition. Side one shows six areas of touch-up in the outer field along the orange with a few light touched in the green lettering. The outer edges show only light use chipping with minimal wear at the mounting holes. Side two shows good color and gloss in the outer fields, but has heavier septic take damage to the center field and graphic. A rare chance at the hobby's most sought-after sign. This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made. Condition: (7.75 & Damaged). Dimensions: 48" Dia.
