The lithograph published by Associated American Artists in an edition of 250 prints is signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right and listed as Fath catalog number 15.

This fine and clean example has been archivally matted and framed in a sharp modern black molding.

Benton's comments in Fath read: ''Ozark hill scene, made from a drawing. The house is abandoned, but the well is still usable. Many such Ozark farms have been abandoned and the land turned into pasture. In some areas the forest is returning.''

Image measures 10 x 14.5 with a framed size of 19.75H x 22.75W inches.
