Description

Antique Handel reverse-painted landscape glass shade on a bronze table lamp featuring a twilight forest scene in muted green, blue, and orange hues. The domed shade is adorned with silhouetted trees set against a softly glowing dusk sky, evoking the serene, atmospheric quality typical of Handel’s scenic series. The shade is stamped “HANDEL” on the top brass ring and hand-inscribed on the interior with “Handel bg 51” and “John Bailey.” It is supported by a classic baluster-form bronze base with a round footed platform and fitted with triple socket fixture and pull chains.
