England, circa 1800. Mahogany with pine secondary. Bonnet with broken arch pediment, brass rosettes and finial, fluted pilasters and line inlays. Case with moldings under bonnet and at waist, quarter round fluted columns, overlapping door with shaped top, base with lambs tongue chamfered corners, ogee bracket feet, line, shell and fan inlays, brass face engraved Lamaister Carlon with fleur de Lis between numerals brass works, weights and pendulum. 88.75"h. 23.25"w. 10.5"d.
