BIOGRAPHY:
Karl Foster was one of the seven lively artist of Harrisburg. Foster was a consummate draftsman of the human figure and portraiture. His work is included in many private collections throughout the region. He had also been the life class monitor for the Art Association of Harrisburg for many years.
