Description
Marc Chagall (1887-1985) original lithograph poster created for an exhibition of Chagall’s works at the Musee National in Nice, France in 1973. The underlying piece is titled Adam and Eve Expelled from Paradise. This lithograph was printed by Mourlot, Paris for the Ministere des Affaires Culturelles of France. It is matted and framed under glass in an ornate golden frame. With frame, it measures 24 inches x 34 inches. This piece was acquired from the estate of art collector George Zorin from Washington DC, and has a stamp stating “Zorin Collection” on the verso. 24IN x 34IN (61cm x 86cm), LOT REF #25-691
