BIOGRAPHY:
German Neznaikin is an honored Artist of Russia. He is also a member of the Moscow Painters Association, member of the All-Russian Creative Public Organization "Union of Artists of Russia" (1975), member of the Painting Commission of the Union of Artists of Russia.Studied at the Moscow Secondary Art School at the V. I. Surikov Institute (1955-1960).In 1960, entered the Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute. Graduated in 1966 from the workshop of V. G. Tsyplakov.Works are held in state art museums of Kaliningrad, Tula, Bryansk, Nizhny Novgorod, and other cities; in private collections in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, as well as abroad'in the USA, Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic, South Korea, and China
