Medium: Antique hand pulled copper plate etching on laid paper after the original by master etcher Amand Durand (1831 - 1905). Year: C. 1880 (This print is from the 1800's it is NOT a modern print.) Reference: Bartsch 82. Dimensions: Image Size 4 1/8 x 5 inches. Framing: Gallery Matted and Framed in a New Solid Wood Moulding. Framed Dimensions: Approximately 12 3/4 x 13 1/2 inches. This master etching also has Amand Durand's stamp on the reverse which can be referenced by Lugt. 2934. Most of the original Durand prints from the 1800's do not have the Lugt stamp on the reverse which makes this a rarity. This artwork is accompanied by a Gallery Certificate of Authenticity and is Guaranteed as described.
