BIOGRAPHY:
Ferdinand De Braekeleer, Jr is the eldest son of Ferdinand de Braekeleer, Sr. (1792-1883), he became a portrait and genre painter.In 1853-54, he was in New York City as agent for the artists of Belgium. By 1956 he was back in Europe and died the following year.
