BIOGRAPHY:
Fritz Chwala was born in 1872 in Vienna, Austria. Chwala was an Austrian landscape painter, son and student of Czech painter Adolf Glory (1836-1900). Fritz attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. He worked mainly alpine views and Norwegian, often in the moonlight. He continues the tradition of Romantic landscape painting. He passed away in Austria in 1936.
