This album was finished in Barcelona on 23rd October 1979 on the presses of La Poligrafa, S.A. The English edition for the Redfern Gallery has been limited to M examples. There is also a de luxe edition with a portfolio containing a selection of the lithographs with full margins, 3742 x 27 cm., specially made for this book, signed and limited to C examples. JORGE CASTILLO (1933) is a Spanish-born painter and sculptor. For most of his childhood, he and his family lived in Argentina. Since 1962, he has maintained residences in both Barcelona and New York City. Castillo greatly admired Pablo Picasso, and that influence shows in his paintings, etchings, and lithographs. His steel sculpture Homage to the Cyclist stands in the Placa de Sants in Barcelona.
