Mettlach Geschützt 1/2 Liter German 1909/727 Stein with Gnomes signed by Heinrich Schlitt. This is a whimsical German Stein with various gnomes & elves playing in character. It has a decorative metal attached hinge lid and signed on the bottom Heinrich Schlitt. It is marked on the bottom "Geschutzt" 727, impressed with the numbers 1909 & 35, 96. There is a small chip on the bottom edge, no signs of repair . It measures H 10.5" x W 6" and weighs 2 lbs. 2 oz. . Please refer to all photos. Overall in very good condition.
