Art Deco platinum, diamond, emerald and sapphire brooch

1920's platinum jabot style pin with double swag motif, overall size is 2 1/4" long x 2 1/8" wide, top portion is set on either end with two oval cabochon emeralds measuring 10mm long x 8mm wide x 3mm high, two eight sided faceted emeralds 4mm long x 3mm wide, and fancy shaped cabochon pink sapphire measuring 3mm long x 2mm wide, and surrounded by seventeen mine cut diamonds measuring between 0.02 to 0.04 carats each. Center portion has oval cabochon emerald measuring 10mm long x 7mm wide x 3mm deep surrounded by nine mine cut diamonds measuring 0.02 carats with oval faceted sapphire 7mm long x 5mm wide, ends are set on one side with an oval cabochon sapphire measuring 7m long x 5mm wide x 3mm deep, and three round faceted sapphires measuring between 2-4 mm in diameter, opposite side has a round cabochon sapphire 6mm in diameter x 3mm deep, also with three round faceted sapphires measuring between 2-4 mm each. Bottom swag has oval cabochon emerald in center measuring 10mm long x 8m wide x 3mm deep, and on either side one oval cabochon sapphire measuring 7mm long x 5mm wide x 3mm deep, one measuring 6mm long x 4mm wide x 3mm deep, three round faceted sapphires 3mm in diameter, and one round mine cut diamond measuring 0.45 carats. Unmarked, tests platinum, weight 23.5 grams/15.1 dwt, ca. 1920, made in France, (all measurements are approximate)
