Description

The group of four early sporting books offered here are highlighted by a 1927 "Famous Sluggers" book featuring excellent images of Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig among many others. Also included is a 1930 "World's Sporting Annual", a 1931 "Official Baseball Rules" book, and a Spalding "How To Play Baseball" book with Ruth on the cover. The 1927 Famous Sluggers Book is an excellent example and features all of Babe Ruth's 60 home run dates and locations on the back page next to a baseball bat catalogue.

Condition
The Spalding and T.S Andrews book exhibits pronounced wear to its covers. The inner pages and images in the 1927 Famous Sluggers book are excellent. Minor spine wear and corner/edge imperfections throughout.
