Description
A c.1930s US Navy Ensign's dress cover and shoulder boards manufactured by Jacob Reed's Sons of Philadelphia, PA in what appears to be excellent condition overall. The inner banding is embossed "Trade Conqueror Mark Flex-Air" in gold gilt on leather. The lot comes with an original Meyers manufactured "Ar-Mor" Case for safe transport. The exterior of the transport case sports scattered signs of wear from use that are consistent with the item's age. The interior components including the cover and shoulder boards appear to have never been used and display prominent appropriate rank insignias and US Navy paraphernalia. The top of the transport case is labelled E.M.S. (likely someone's initials) and USN for United Stated Navy. The cover is a Size 7. All moving hardware on the transport case appears to function as designed. Estimated shipping parcel size (LxWxH) 24 inches x 18 inches x 18 inches. Please note, shipping estimates are provided for LiveShipping calculations only and may vary based on weight and location. The auction house will combine multiple lots to reduce shipping cost. Please inform the auction house prior to paying your invoice for special shipping requests. Our primary method of shipping is via UPS Ground.
