CONDITION REPORT: In good overall condition, with scattered minor fading to the upholstery on the arms and the reverse of the backrest. The seat cushion reversible. Expected nicks, scuffing, and wear to the legs. Structurally sound. Notwithstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
