Antique French Sevres Style Signed Porcelain Hand Painted Urns. This is a wonderful pair of painted 2 sided and signed blue cobalt and gilt gold urns, featuring Greek Goddesses' on the side handles. The hand painted oval reserves show a Victorian couple on one side and beautiful French landscape on the other. The handles are mounted and a bit loose but could be tightened from the inside. Much of the gilt gold is missing or rubbed. We do not have the lids / caps. There are no cracks or chips. Could benefit from a thorough cleaning. There is a marking on the bottom with the letters "A L". The artist signature is not legible on one of the vases, the other looks like Abe Schilt (?). They each measure H 18.5" x W 15" and combined weight is 23 lbs. Please refer to all photos. Overall in good condition.
