Christopher Muller

Christopher Muller grew up in London and studied at the Slade School of Fine Art, London, and the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. He received a work scholarship from Kunstfonds e.V., Bonn (1995), the Art Prize of the City of Nordhorn (2000) and the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation scholarship for Contemporary German Photography (2004). From 2007 to 2009 he was Professor of Artistic Photography at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig, and since September 2009 he has been Professor of Artistic Photography at the Folkwang University of the Arts, Essen. He lives in Düsseldorf.
