A "Dick Tracy" Original Title Cel.

Description

(20th Century-Fox, 1967) An original hand-painted title logo for the live-action "Dick Tracy" television pilot. The series, which was never sold or aired, featured Ray MacDonnell as Dick Tracy, a young Eve Plumb before her "Brady Bunch" fame, a catchy theme song by The Ventures, and animated credits. This art closely resembles the style seen in the end credits of the pilot. With an image size of 8" x 10" on a 14" x 17.75" cel, the art is in good condition with heavy paint loss, wear from production use, creases, folds at the corners, a stray paint mark on the left side, and a 0.75" tear on the right side of the cel, which does not affect the image.
