This beautiful coastal seascape was done by California / Arizona artist Andrew Kozak (1924-). Andrew lived in Carmel California from 1967 to 1984 and exhibited in many of the area galleries. This painting looks to be of the Carmel / Monterey Coast. It is oil on board and signed in the lower right and dated 1994. Inside the mat it measures 20" x 27.5". Including the frame, it measures 29.5" x 37". There are some chips and nicks in the paint on the frame and some wear at the corners. Also, there are a few specks of paint, especially along the left edge of the painting which look to be original. Overall, this painting is in great condition.
