Mid-Century Modern crimson sunset with cottontails. Hand-tufted wall art c. 1960s.

This is such a unique piece. We have seen very few of these iterations, yet they all seem one-of-a-kind. This is beautifully tufted in a traditional mid-century color scheme. A rich, red sunset sets behind seaside cottontail. This may be a polyester-wool blend of tufted carpet. The tufting is neatly tucked over all edges and all edges are in good condition. Please read all condition notes and see photos and closeups for reference. No makers mark found.
