ENGLISH IRONSTONE POTTERY FLOW BLUE TABLE ARTICLES, LOT OF TWO, comprising a Hancock "Leicester" pattern quatre-lobed covered vegetable dish, the body printed with a hunting scene and the cover printed with a coaching scene to its side, and an underglaze blue-printed crown, name and impressed Registry mark to the underside; and an English reticulated quatre-lobed serving dish, decorated with an ombre underglaze blue band to the rim, the center with a large printed rose cluster, with gilt powder dusted to the surface, in Doulton Lambeth style. Indistinct blue underglaze mark to underside. Circa 1900. 12 1/2" WOA.

Provenance: Property of a private Virginia collector.

Undamaged, with minor wear to gilding and enamels.
