A Limoges Porcelain Dinner Plate from the White House Service of President Benjamin Harrison , c. 1892, by Tressemanes & Vogt, marked, showing the Presidential Eagle with a sprig of olive and cluster of arrows in its talons, over a ribbon bearing them otto "E. Pluribus Unum", the scalloped edge with gold cornstalks against a cobalt blue background, diameter 9 1/2 in. Note: The M.W.
