About Klamath River Country Estates:

Located in the Northern California (County of Siskiyou), Just south of the Oregon Border.This Planned Unit Development, is comprised of more than 2000 Lots that encompasses an area of approximately 6,000 acres. There is over 4,000 feet of Frontage along the Klamath River for the use of all property owners. The development is more than 6 miles long and 3 miles wide at the largest dimensions. Wildlife abounds in this area with deer sometimes more common than people. Bobcat, Mountain Lion, Lynx, Coyotes, Wild Turkeys, and Bald Eagles are not uncommon sights.
