Baker Furniture (American, 20th century). French style reproduction Art Deco sideboard or buffet server manufactured by Baker in the manner of the designer Jacques Emile Ruhlmann (French, 1879-1933). Front case within a raised applied parquetry style border. Pair of hinged doors on front decorated in diamond lattice line inlay that open to reveal storage within-- two pull out sliding drawers and open interior. Top fitted with custom thick glass top. Case mounted to all four sides with curvaceous cabriole legs, raised and reeded to the gilt sabots. Marked on interior of left pull out drawer "Baker Furniture" on a metal plaque further identified as "Made in the United States Of America by Baker Furniture Craftsman, Baker Furniture" on a stickered label adjacent to the plaque.
