Consisting of a custom-made olive drab wool military long sleeve button down shirt with two chest flap pockets. Machin brand maker’s bias label printed with, “Tailored Especially for George Scott”. With silver ranking star pins on lapels and color ribbon bars above left pocket. Accompanied by a tan Machin brand necktie. One pair of custom-made, tan wool jodhpur trousers with button flap front, 6-button pant cuffs and interior Western Costume stamp present (used in a different scene from shirt, tie and helmet). Also includes a studio-made, screen-worn Gen. Patton helmet, specially constructed of cast fiberglass shell for light-weight wear and painted to appear as a standard-issue heavy steel military helmet. With ranking stars at the front and internal liner for comfort. Worn by George C. Scott as “General George S. Patton, Jr.” on the battlefield in Germany in Patton. With some moth holes to the back of jacket. In production-used very good condition.
