This Patek Philippe Chronograph watch, ref. 130R, was made in Switzerland around 1944. It is fitted with a manual movement, calibre 863.453, and displays hour, minute and chronograph with two registers. The salmon dial shows gold Feuille hands, blued-steel timer and subdial hand. Watch case, crown, pushers and caseback are made of 18kt rose gold. The case number is 638.768. The watch has its original brown leather strap.
The watch case measures 33 mm in diameter and 10 mm in height. The strap length is 22 cm, and lugs width is 20 mm. The watch weighs 40 g. The timepiece is in very good condition with minor traces of wear. During in-house testing the watch was fully functional. Overhaul is recommended at the buyer’s expense. Long-term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed.
