Seattle Art Museum blown glass installation by Ginny Ruffner (b-1952). Titled "Mind Garden" the installation was comprised of blown glass balls and steel. This offering consists of 5 blown glass balls and a steel leaf, contained in a wooden presentation box, and was originally presented as a tribute to donors supporting the Century Endowment Campaign. Donors of $25000 and above received the objects from the Mind Garden installation at the end of the exhibition in 2001. The balls measure approximately 4" diameter. The leaf measures 15" x 15", and the presentation box measures 16.75" x 16.75" x 7.5" high.
