Item Details

Description

Chinese, Likely 19th century Qing Dynasty. A pair of small porcelain urn form wall pockets with cobalt blue underglaze decoration on white ground, each on three curved feet and with two serpentine arms to opposing sides, one being decorated with a figural scene set within a landscape and the other with wave forms surrounding a central cartouche with a single unknown Chinese calligraphic character to center. Apparently unmarked. Each approximately 4" x 4.25" x 1.75".
