Lisa Brice (b. 1968)
Lisa Brice was born in Cape Town, South Africa, in 1968. She studied at the Michaelis University of Cape Town majoring in painting. Initially, she worked in various media, focusing later on painting and the representation of the human figure, often in series. She is considered one of the main exponents of a new generation of South African artists called the post-apartheid kids. The artist currently lives and works in London. (cko)
