The front cover is in very good condition with some light wear and small dents. The rest of the magazine is in good to very good condition with some denting and handling wear along with some wrinkling and light edge staining in the bottom right corner where it looks like it got a bit damp.

We reserve the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on our part as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sales record is conclusive.
All transactions must be complete before property is shipped. Property will not be shipped until payment has been made via a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit, debit, or gift card; certified check; money order; or wire transfer. PayPal and checks are NOT accepted.
If an article sold cannot be delivered by reason of theft, breakage, or other damage prior to shipment, the sale shall be deemed canceled without any liability on the part of Riverview Estate Auctions.

Riverview Estate Auctions is in the business of locating items, putting them up for auction, selling them, and shipping them. Riverview Estate Auctions is not in the business of collecting delinquent accounts receivable and finds the need to do so to be a waste of its resources. Therefore, when a bidder unilaterally violates the terms and conditions by not paying as agreed, forcing Riverview Estate Auctions to use valuable time and effort for non-income producing purposes, a 20% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $50, shall be applied and collected. A 20% restocking fee also applies to merchandise rejected by the buyer due to reasons other than misrepresentation by Riverview Estate Auctions. All sales are final. No lots are sold on approval. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. By signing up to bid and by bidding, bidder agrees not to violate the payment provisions of these terms and conditions.
