Lot 0602 Details

Description

20th century. Pair of Old Paris style porcelain table vases, each with gilt accented leaves at top with large flower at top center edge on white ground above oblong medallion with hand painted floral arrangement or sprays within gilt border with pale pink glazed sections, table vase on a shaped oblong foot with additional leaf, floral and stem motif. Unmarked. Approximate height 13.75", width 10.25", depth 5.25".

Condition

Each with wear to gilt elements commensurate with age and handling. Each with rectangular adhesive remnant visible on upper interior of back. One vase with minor hairline on back of left leaf motif handle and significant losses to top of leaves on right leaf motif handle. The other vase with repair to top left leaf motif lobe on opening--visible hairline where repair occured. Light wear to bottom commensurate with age and shelf use. No other signs of damage, loss or repair.
