Description
An Egyptian pale blue bicolor faience ushabti, 3rd Intermediate Period, 21st Dynasty, c. 1080 - 945 BC, mummiform, wearing tripartite wig and seshed headband, arms folded across chest, hands holding a pick and hoe, basket on back, vertical column of text down front of legs. H: 5 in (12.8 cm). Intact, with light weathering, small chip to left shoulder. Ex Wiltshire, England private collection.
