Description
A lovely Inca conopa from Peru, ca. 1300 – 1500 AD. It is 3-1/2” high and is carved from a fine-grained gray stone in the form of a llama. Nicely detailed, well-polished, with good mineral deposits and extensive votive material remaining in the deeply carved chamber.
