Long, straight, double-edged blade of hexagonal section, the first part with grooves and featuring the writing "M IOI M IOI M IOI"; narrowed ricasso with grooves and stamps on both sides; iron hilt with two valves pierced with four-leaf clover, "S"-shaped quillon, fine pommel with grooves and carvings; wooden grip with moor's heads made of iron wire binding.See "Selected Antiques Arms And Armour - The Abildgaard Collection", with pictures, page 104/5 no. 2.12 with descriprion.
