Set of Eight French Louis XIII Style Carved Birch Dining Chairs, early 20th c., consisting of two fauteuils and six side chairs, with arched rectangular backs over square seats on turned tapered legs joined by turned tapered H-form stretchers, in striped upholstery, together with two like upholstered side chairs with serpentine legs and stretchers, Armchair- H.- 46 1/2 in., W.- 23 1/2 in., D.- 25 1/2 in.

Condition consistent with age and use. There are various scratches and abrasive wear to the wood throughout the collection. A slight variance is noted to the turned feet. Two chairs have serpentine legs that are uncoordinated with the turned legs of the others. The upholstery has some areas of dents and wear throughout. There is a patina observed to the brass track trim. A well presented assembled set. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS."
