China, Tang Dynasty, ca. 618 to 907 CE. Spactacular ancient Chinese silvered bronze mirror of circular form with suspension loop on front, rear once polished to a fine smooth surface. The front of the mirror is decorated with 4 mythical feline type beasts, band of floral patterns and saw-tooth design just inside the rim. A wonderful and authentic example! Size: 4" W (10.2 cm)
