The best 1920's Jacobean style 12 piece oak dining room set signed "The Elgin A. Simonds Company Furniture Syracuse NY" (Simonds previously worked with Gustav Stickley). The set consists of an extension table with a carved perimeter and 2 separate leaves that may be added to each end (ends of table have 2 boards that pullout that the leaves rest on - table size 77.5" x 44" (excluding leaves which are each 24"); set of 6 over-sized upholstered chairs including 2 arm chairs with carved backs; 2 matching servers 25" x 24"; sideboard having 2 long drawers each over 2 doors on cutout base 72" x 22" - note the cupboard interior of the server has pullout linen drawers and a separate cutlery tray with handle; a 2 door floor cupboard on cutout base having shaped shelves with plate grooves - also note the border of the interior is in old red paint with gold highlights and the top shelf has lollipop cutout - 51"W x 19"D x 65"H, and a wall mirror 26.5" x 56.5". All with extensive matching Jacobean style detailed carvings, original wooden pulls, and doors with exterior mustache type iron hinges.
