Adirondack furniture of this quality rarely come up for sale on the secondary market and often times buyers would have to wait several years to have a pieces such as this built. As stated by Randy Holden "Many small pieces of manzanita root make up the textured surfaces. The shelves, doors and top are birdseye maple. Birch bark covers the sides, crown and inside cabinet. All rustic wood is yellow birch or rock maple and the lamp shade is mica. Acorns, walnuts, elk antlers and other small bits of forest round out the piece." The Lake George Cabinet can be seen featured on two full pages of Ralph Kylloes's coffee table book "CABINS" page 122 and 123.8' tall x widest part of the base is 53 1/2" and base is approx. 28" deep.
