Lot 0380
This unusual line was a shortly lived steam rack railroad up Cadillac Mountain on Mt Desert Island in Maine. Cadillac was originally named Green Mountain. This pass is from 1888. It has a small hole and tear on the left margin. It ahs a locomotive vignette. One of their locomotives went on to serve on the Mt Washington Cog Railroad. There are still some obscure remnants of the Green Mountain around Eagle Lake and near the summit of Cadillac Mountain. Glue back from being mounted in a scrap book. This is not a common pass.
