Buyer Pays Shipping Costs. Items purchased will be shipped via USPS, Priority Mail with full insurance. All items will be shipped so as to require signature at delivery. Shipped items will carry a minimum fee for packing, shipping and insurance. You will be advised of total shipping cost on the invoice you receive. We endeavor to keep your shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Buyer pays shipping and insurance. We will provide the packaging, shipping and insuring services for the customer. Once the item has shipped, the purchaser of postal insurance (buyer) assumes responsibility for the artifacts. We do not use third party shippers as a means of keeping you costs low and offering more personalized service.

Fuchs Auctioneering shall be deemed to be warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size quality, importance, variety, provenance or historical reference- as related to any sale Item(s). Any such statements are strictly matters of opinion. Photographs in this catalogue are of the actual objects being sold, but exact condition of the objects offered is their condition day of the sale. Many other consigned items in this auction have been evaluated by nationally recognized authenticators. In such situations where our consignors have endeavored to provide such verification, the artifact(s) are being sold with that opinion. All items carrying an independent certificate of authenticity are being sold as-is.
Other consigned PREHISTORIC items without a certificate of authenticity (or with a T&T COA only) may be returned by absentee bidders (phone or internet) within 30 days following the auction (29 days following the auction date or less). T&T must receive the artifact within the time frame noted.
The Auctioneer (Brent H. Fuchs Auctioneering AU1044390) will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall use his own discretion to decide whether to reopen the bid or not. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer. While we endeavor to receive and record all bids, T&T Archaeological Consulting, LLC is not responsible for the failure of any bid to be executed. The Purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. The buyer must pay Indiana sales Tax (7%) unless exception is allowed under laws regulating such tax. Out of state sales tax numbers are accepted. You do not pay Indiana Sales Tax if Items are shipped out of state. A 13% Buyers Premium will be applied to internet (Live Auctioneers) purchases.
All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by cash or personal check if approval has been established with Tony Putty or T & T Archaeological Consulting, LLC. No items removed until paid for. Absentee purchases must be paid for within 21 days following the auction. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER ARE ALL ACCEPTED. A small 3% processing charge (by credit card company) will be applied.
There will be absolutely NO returns or adjustments of any kind made 30 days or more after the sale date (no exceptions). We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or participation by any individual or group.
