Lot 0067
Offered is this Roseville pottery console bowl. The mold is crisp and well detailed. The piece is signed on the bottom in raised relief "Roseville U.S.A." and the mold number 443-12". This piece was made in 1943 during World War II. Size is 3-1/2" tall x 13-1/2" wide from handle to handle. This has the same image on both sides of a water lily design that consists of a large embossed open flower on a watery background of horizontal wavy ridges. The large blossom is surrounded by large green lily pads with a bud rising up on the side. This rings like a bell when tapped and there are no chips, cracks or repair of any kind.
