The ovoid tureen having floriform finial, stepped domed lid with fluting and gadrooned border above plain lip, lip engraved with armorial bird, lower body with gadrooned rim, reeded handles with bifurcated foliate mounts to upper portions, lower portions extending to upper standard, medallions to each side with engraved armorial crest and applied floral blossom, lower chased lobing to bowl, raised on stepped ovoid base.

Light nicking to rim of lid and bowl, scattered surface scratches, otherwise with surface scratches commensurate with age, polishing, and use.
