ENGLISH FLOW BLUE CERAMIC PLATTERS, LOT OF TWO, both having molded rims with floral and foliate blue underglaze pattern, one having polychrome overpainted enamel design. One with illegible blue mark, possibly W.H. Grindley, the other marked within a scroll "INDIAN / JAR / J&TF". Staffordshire, England. Second/third quarter 19th century. 17 1/2" x 13" and 16 1/8" x 12 3/8".
Very good undamaged condition with small manufacturing crack partially covered with glaze on the front side of one, expected glaze crazing, and some staining.
