EUROPEAN CUT OVERLAY PUNCH BOWL WITH LADLE AND UNDERPLATE, opaque white to colorless, punch bowl base with a medial band comprising waisted cuts connected to trefoils on the top and bottom, bordered by three-ring bands followed by bands of punty cuts, cover with punty and ovoid cuts, ladle with an overlay bowl and applied colorless handle; underplate with matching pattern to the exterior, cut . Probably Bohemian. Fourth quarter 19th century. 11" HOA, 7 3/4" H base, 6 1/8" D rim, 5 1/2" D base, underplate 10 1/4" DOA.
Punch bowl virtually undamaged with the base having a single open bubble in the medial band, as made; underplate with two moderate sliver chips to the underside of the edge.
