Description
Small-Sized Glazed Redware Food Mold, Stamped "J. BELL", Waynesboro, PA origin, circa 1840, with turk's head form, the surface decorated with sponged manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Impressed diagonally with "J. BELL" maker's mark at base of mold. A 1 5/8" chipped section to rim. Other typical light wear to rim. Typical wear to top of central tube. A chip to underside. H (to top of central tube) 2 3/4" ; Diameter 5 1/2".
