Both Chinese porcelain rice bowls finely potted with gently rounded sides rising from a short countersunk foot, Both exterior hand painted in famille rose design of pavilions within waterside landscape scene beneath a fine gilt ring around the lip. The clay fine and exquisite, the glaze smooth with a moist appearance, the finishing meticulous.
Both bowls are perfectly fitted in a cushioned wooden box, with orange-brownish metallic thread linen cushion, and silver floral motif against aubergine silk exterior.

Mark on base, a seal mark, of six blue script -ZhuanShu- characters, JiaQing Reign Period of Great Qing.
